Refund policy

Due to the delicate nature of silk products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been worn, used, washed, or damaged.

We accept returns only in the following situations:
- the item arrived damaged or defective
- the item received is incorrect (wrong product)

To request a return in these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
